Start of by applying a base coat. I used Sally Hansen’s “Double Duty Base and Top Coat”.

Then apply a base color of your choice. I chose Sinful Colors “Snow Me White”.

After your base color has dried apply the second color of your choice right over the first color. Just like you would if you were painting the nail a full color. I used Essie’s “After School Boy Blazer”.

Next, take a small piece of saran wrap and make it into a ball. You can hold this with your hand or with “The Claw” sold at Sally Beauty Supply.

Then, while the polish you just applied is still wet, dab the saran wrap lightly on the nail 2-3 times. Don’t dab the nail too many times or else the saran wrap will start to pick up the first color.

After you are sure the polish has dried, apply a top coat. I used Sally Hansen’s “Advanced Hard as Nails Strengthening Top Coat”.

Lastly, clean up around the nails using a Q-tip dipped in nail polish remover, and your manicure is complete!
