Start of by applying a base coat. I used Sally Hansen’s “Double Duty Base and Top Coat”.
Then, apply your base color. I used Sinful Color’s “Snow me White”.
Now it is time to create the hearts. Using a medium sized dotting tool and Jenna Hipp’s “Rose Tart” polish I created two dots on the nail.
Next, using a smaller dotting tool or a small paint brush, create a triangle at the bottom of the dots to finish the heart.
Repeat this process on every nail except the ring fingers.
Next, outline the hearts using a black polish or black acrylic paint. I used Apple Barrel’s “Black”. The slower you do this, the better it will turn out.
Then, using a very small dotting tool and the same black acrylic paint, place very small dots in the empty spaces around the hearts.
Now onto the Eiffel Tower. Using a thin striping brush and the same black acrylic paint, paint two long curved lines starting at the bottom and stopping slightly before the top of the nail.
Next, paint a small line going across the top of the two lines just made.
Then create a small half circle at the base of the nail and in between the two curved lines.
Then create another small line, similar to the one at the top, but this time slightly lower.
Next, create another small line slightly above the half circle.
Then, paint a small triangle starting at the line above the half circle and ending slightly before the middle line.
Next, to create the crosshatch design, use a very thin striping brush and the same black paint used before and paint thin diagonal lines going across the Eiffel Tower.
Repeat the process going in the opposite direction.
Then, create a small line at the top of the tower going up and down instead of left to right.
Finally, apply a top coat. I used Sally Hansen’s “Advanced Hard as Nails Strengthening Top Coat”.
And your manicure is finished!
