First off, apply a base coat. I used Sally Hansen’s “Double Duty Base and Top Coat”.

Then apply a black polish all over the nails. I used Sinful Colors “Black on Black”.

Next, take a makeup sponge, which you can get at your local drugstore, and rip a piece off of it. It is better to used a ripped makeup sponge because it will make the white spots more random. Then apply a little bit of white nail polish to the sponge. I used Sinful Colors “Snow me White”.

Next, using some tweezers or your fingers, lightly sponge the white onto each nail in random spots. The tweezers I used are from Sally Beauty Supply.

Then, using a striper brush and some black acrylic paint, paint a thick line on the side of the nail. I used a striper brush from the 15 piece set from MASH and Apple Barrel’s “Black” acrylic paint.

Next, using a liner brush and some white acrylic paint, create a rectangle towards the top of the nail. I used Apple Barrel’s “White”. I recommend making the more long than wide and smaller than I did.

Then, using a thin striper brush and the same acrylic paint, paint three lines going from left to right on the white rectangle.
