Using a black acrylic paint/nail polish and a detail brush, paint curvy lines going across all the nails. I used Apple Barrel’s “Black” acrylic paint and Red Carpet’s “Detail Brush”.

Using the same materials, paint small rectangles coming off of the lines. I put three on each line (each nail).

Again using the same materials, outline the shape of the bulbs coming off of each rectangle.

Fill in each bulb with colors of your choice. I used the same detailed brush and Apple Barrel’s “Yellow”, “Christmas Green”, “Bright Red”, and “Cobalt Blue” acrylic paint.
