Start off with a base coat. I used Essie’s “Grow Stronger” base coat.

Apply a white polish as a base color. I used Sally Hansen’s Hards as Nails Xtreme Wear “White on”.

Using a detail brush and some black nail polish or paint, paint three almond shapes on the nail. The one in the middle should be vertically straight while the two on the sides should be slightly slanted. I used Winstonia’s “Fine Line” brush and Apple Barrel’s “Black” acrylic paint.

With a white nail polish or paint and a striping brush, paint three lines going horizontally across the almond shapes. The horizontal lines should start directly above the bottom of the almond shapes and stop around the middle. I used Winstonia’s “Short” striping brush and Apple Barrel’s “White” acrylic paint.

Using the same striping brush paint two black horizontal lines going in between the white lines just created. I used Apple Barrel’s “Black” acrylic paint.

Lastly, apply a top coat. I used Essie’s “Gel-Setter” top coat.
