Start off with a base coat, I used Essie’s “Grow Stronger” base coat.
Apply a cream color as a base color, I used Essie’s “Walk Down the Aisle” and I had to apply about four coats.
Using a brush or a dotting tool paint some irregular circles on the nails. I used Delta Ceramcoat’s “Hydrangea Pink” acrylic paint and Winstonia’s “Fine Line” brush.
Paint the lines of a rose in the circle using a detail brush and a red color. I used Apple Barrel’s “Bright Red” acrylic paint and Red Carpet’s “Detail Brush”.
Mix the light pink and the red color together with more pink than red and repeat this process. The roses will look better and more detailed with more layers.
Then mix the same light pink and red together but with more red than pink this time and repeat the process.
To paint the leaves use the same detail brush and a light green color. I added leaves around all the roses to fill up any open space. I used Delta Ceramcoat’s “Apple Green” acrylic paint. To pain the leaves you could create a small semicircle coming off the side of the rose and then add a small V to the top of the circle.
Add a small amount of black acrylic paint to the green previously used to create a darker green and then outline the leaves. I added Apple Barrel’s “Black” acrylic paint and Winstonia’s “Berry Wine” brush.
Apply a top coat, I used Essie’s “Gel-Setter” top coat.
Your rose nails are finished!
