Start off with a base coat. I used Essie’s “Grow Stronger” base coat.

Apply a white nail polish as the base color. I used Sally Hansen’s Hard as Nails Xtreme Wear “White On”.  I also decided to do an accent nail on my ring finger with a red glitter polish, I used a Sephora mini that I unfortunately do not have the name for.

Then using a medium dotting tool place two dots on the nail of a pink or red color. I forgot to take a picture of this part but if it is confusing you can watch the video linked below. Once you place the two dots, simply connect them with a triangle using a smaller dotting tool. I alternated the colors of the hearts and I used Sally Hansen’s Hard as Nails “Heart of Stone” and OPI’s “OPI Red”. I also painted some of the hearts coming off of my nail to make the design more complete. I did this by either just painting the triangle or just painting the dots on the edge of my nail.

Apply a top coat. I used Essie’s “Gel-Setter” top coat.
