With two different colors of your choice and a thin detail/striper brush paint different sets of lines on the nails. Three going vertically in the top center and then two sets of three horizontal lines on the sides of that and continue on to make a pattern. It is better explained through pictures. I used Winstonia’s “Berry Wine” brush,  Apple Barrel’s “Black” acrylic paint and Craft Smart’s “Native Turquoise” acrylic paint.

Cloud Nails

IMG_20170430_160628_139

Start off with a base coat, I used China Glaze’s “Strong Adhesion Base Coat.”

IMG_3821.JPG

Apply a light blue polish as the base color to look like the sky, I used Revlon’s Colorstay Gel Envy in “Lovestruck.”

IMG_3823

With a small dotting tool and a white color, place dots in an oval shape and then fill it in for the clouds. You will want to make some coming off the nail so that it looks more like a pattern. I used Apple Barrel’s “White” acrylic paint.

Start off with a base coat, I used China Glaze’s “Strong Adhesion Base Coat.”

IMG_3780

Apply  a blue polish as a base color for the sky, I used Revlon’s Colorstay Gel Envy in “Lovestruck.”

IMG_3782

With two different shades of green, paint wisps on the tip of the nails for the grass. I used Winstonia’s “Berry Wine” brush and Craft Smart’s “Crisp Green” and “Light Green” acrylic paint.

IMG_3784IMG_3786

Using different pastel colors, paint some egg/oval shapes towards the tips of the grass. I used Craft Smart’s “Rich Lilac”, “Blue Sky”, “Soft Butter”, “Rosemarie”, and “Tangerine” acrylic paints.

Add some lines and dots to these eggs for decoration.

To create the bunny, add a white line on top of the grass for the feet. Add a half oval shape on top of that for the body and then an oval turned on its side on top of that for the head. On the top of the head and the opposite side of the feet, add two lines for ears. I used Apple Barrel’s “White” acrylic paint.

Using an extra small dotting tool, paint multiple dots in a cluster towards the back of the bunny for the tail. With a pink color, place a dot towards the front of the head for the nose and slightly farther back place a black dot for an eye. I used Apple Barrel’s “Black” acrylic paint.

IMG_3792

Repeat the same steps for the grass so that it looks like the eggs and bunnies are in the grass and not on top of it.
