Start off with a base coat, I used China Glaze’s “Strong Adhesion Base Coat.”

Apply a dark purple or navy blue as the base color, I went with this dark sparkly purple from Julep called “Ciara.”

With a makeup sponge, sponge on some white polish in thick lines in different areas on each nail. I used Love My Nails “White.”

Sponge over the white polish in different areas with a pink, purple and blue polish. I had the pink towards the center of the sponged on white area then purple and then blue. I used Sally Hansen’s Hard as Nails Xtreme Wear in “Fuchsia Power”, “Pep-Plum” and “Blue Me Away!”

With the white color and a toothpick or welding tool, created a cross like shape with pointed edges for a star on each nail.
