Start off by applying a base coat, I used Mineral Fusion’s “Base Coat.”

Apply a green nail polish as the base/background color. I used Sinful Colors’ “Happy Ending.”

Then, place an oval in the center of the nail using the brush from a white polish. This is easiest if most of the polish is wiped off the brush. I used Sinful Colors’ “Snow Me White.”

With the same white polish and a thin detail brush, paint small lines coming out from all sides of this oval. I used Winstonia’s “Berry Wine” brush.

With a very small dotting tool and a black color paint small dots going all around this oval and in the area with the lines. I used an XS dotting tool and L.A. Colors’ “Black.”
